We have been using eRecruit for a number of years now and find that we always receive a very good calibre of CVs through them.
A nationwide campaign is a cost effective way of reaching hundreds of candidates who may be missed out otherwise if we only concentrated on one or two main UK cities. The CVs are also filtered through before being sent over for review which saves us a lot of time sifting through the great from the not so great applications!
